About the pattern
The fig tree – sculptural, curvaceous, lush leaves. Twisty branches spread wide providing fruit in abundance. We were inspired to design a pattern around the majestic fig tree, for it has featured symbolically in folklore, tapestries and textiles for centuries. The pattern is hand-painted in inky brushstrokes of deep indigo blue.
How to use it
A must-have to lay baby down on, at playtimes, or cosy up with.
Muslin is loosely woven on purpose. It lets air through, which is what keeps a wrapped baby comfortable.
Care
100% cotton muslin. Machine wash up to 40°C. Air dry flat. It will get softer with each wash.
Wash before first use. The crinkle is part of the cloth, so there is no need to iron.
